I work at the intersection of technology, business and compliance — shaping, selling and shipping digital programmes inside highly regulated industries. My instinct is pragmatic: translate a business objective into an architecture, a delivery plan and a governed platform that actually ships, then stay close enough to data quality, privacy and security to make it real.

Most of that was built over eight years at PwC Switzerland — associate to manager, latterly leading the technology and transformation agenda for a 150-FTE division: a global compliance SaaS platform for 50+ enterprise clients, a move to containerised Azure-first architecture, and GenAI adoption with the risk and compliance controls regulated clients require. Since April 2025 I've been independent — civil-protection service, and focused work on how Swiss and European enterprises evaluate, govern and scale disruptive technology.
